APPOINTMENT PRIOR TO LEAVING EYEDOLIZE.

Cancellation policy

Out of respect for our stylists and other clients we enforce a very reasonable cancellation policy. We ask for at least 24 hours to fill a cancelled appointment. You will be charged 50% of the service for notices given under 24 hours. Stylists may not be able to fill your cancelled appointment within 12 hours so the appointment will be charged in full. We trust that you understand and respect our policy.

Lash Maintenance

Lash extensions require regular maintenance. Stylists will adjust durations so additional time is available for fills that have been cancelled and scheduled for a later date. If your last fill was 4 weeks or more, a new full set will be required and any fees accumulated for late cancels and no shows must be paid in full before securing future appointments.

Arrival time

We recommend new clients arrive 15 minutes before their appointment. This allows enough time for intake and consultation so we can tailor your service to fit your needs.

Late Arrival Time

Life complications sometimes lead to late arrival. However, as a courtesy to following guests, late arrivals will only receive the remaining available appointment time and will be charged in full.

Forms of Payment

We accept debit and all major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time of your visit. No personal checks please.

Children

Although children are an amazing asset to our lives, Eyedolize is not an appropriate environment for unaccompanied children. Please refrain from bringing children under the age of 12. Many of our guests are visiting specifically for quiet, adult time.

Guest Etiquette

As a courtesy to our guests, mobile devices must be silenced.
